This is a large room in a spacious three bedroom apartment with in-unit washer and dryer and an additional half bathroom. The bedroom has a large window, a double-door closet, and window access to the balcony. The apartment is located on the second floor and there is roof access in the building. The G train is super close by in a safe area with restaurants and corner stores nearby! The room can also be furnitured with a full sized bed, bin storage, organization bins, hangers, etc for an additional $200.

Hey! I’m Zoha, a graduate student attending CUNY’s Hunter for documentary filmmaking. I am currently working as a tech fellow and production resources coordinator. My roommate and I share our home with an affectionate kitty named Asani who loves getting pets and will make you fall in love with him! I am a respectful roommate who likes to socialize and have time to myself. I like a clean and organized space. Proper communication is very important to me and I welcome feedback.
