Newly renovated studio with full bath/tub, tile throughout, large closet, queen size bed, small desk, kitchenet with small fridge, coffee machine, sink, and microwave. Private entrance with street parking. Furniture can be moved out if you prefer to bring your own furniture. Located in a cul-de-sac and quiet area of Murrieta very close to shopping, bus stop, and freeways. Some small pets allowed only if person is retired or will take pet with them at all times. AC/Heater must be turned off when tenant not home. No access to backyard; only access is small side yard/walkway. Includes utilities. No overnight guests No illegal drugs No illegal activities
