I’m renting one bedroom with private spacious shower/bathroom in my 2 beds, 2 baths condominium. The entire house is fully furnished. Your room can be furnished or unfurnished, unfurnished will have less deposit fee. You will have access to the kitchen, main living room with TV, swimming pool, jacuzzi, washer and dryer and the balcony. Your room will have a spacious closet and a light up bed if you want it furnished:). Since I have asthma the house has dust/allergy prevention filters. The cost includes utilities and internet. Other bedroom is occupied by 82 year old women who travels a lot, so most of the time you will have the house to yourself, she is very clean and keeps the house very clean. She speaks begginer level English. Also cooks delicious European food! Please be respectful to her. Looking for a responsible, clean, working professional to move in by the end of November or later (moving time is flexible). Sorry absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed, pets are welcome.

About the condo: The house is completely remodeled and located in the safe, quite community by Laguna Niguel Lake. We have an amazing heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. Our condominium located 11 minutes away from Aliso Beach and Salt Creek Beach, about 20 minutes away from Laguna Beach. A block away walking distance we have Ralphs, Starbucks, Chase Bank, movie theater and other restaurants.
