Hello! LOOKING FOR SUBLEASE FOR MASTER BED/BATH.

A beautiful Master bed/bath is available in my 3 bd condo. Lots of space for queen or king bed, walk in closet, double sinks, deep soaking tub, usb outlets, personal portable AC available. No more pets permitted.

Internet and electric not included in rent. Apartment is furnished outside of room.

Looking for 2-8 month sublease. 8 months preferred but negotiable. Can renew with landlord after that time period if you wish.

3rd floor unit, not ADA accessible. Only unit on level.

The space is very homy, has lots of natural light/windows, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, electric fireplace, breakfast bar, dining area, alcohol cart. Balcony, washer/dryer in unit. Storage in unattached garage.

Location is quiet, near highly rated schools and 1 mile walk from main bus line, YMCA, Library and shopping like Metropolitan market, Safeway and trader joes. Very well maintained and diverse, multiple parks within 1-5 miles.

Complex has two outdoor pools and 1 hot tub inside clubhouse along with exercise room and reservable meeting/event area.

Alcohol ok, 420/cigarettes outside.

I work in healthcare, have two well behaved and very sweet cats names Keke and Karma. I prefer an open communal style of living without pressure to socialize (but always welcome too!) I like all types of art and play guitar myself. I also love nature, wine and science. Insulation is top notch so sound is never an issue. I am queer BIPOC. Not scent free, visitors allowed but would like to be notified in advance and I will do the same vice versa. Myself and other tenants have really enjoyed living here and think you would too!
