I’m looking 1 to 2 female identifying sublets for a double this upcoming spring semester (January 2024-May 2024) which can also be extended until August 2024. There are 3 other amazing girls who will be living in the apartment as well. The apartment is a 2 bed/2 bath, located near Clark Kerr (less than a 15 minute walk to campus). Rent is $840 per person in the double, can also be a single if wanted for $1500. The room is spacious with a private bathroom and fully furnished (so is the rest of the apartment).
