One furnished room available in a cute and cozy 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse. Located in Millcreek, a great neighborhood about half way between downtown and the ski resorts! It’s right by St. Mark’s hospital and the Front climbing gym.

The room is furnished with a bed, night stand, and cube dresser. If you have your own furniture I’m open to storing mine elsewhere. The main bathroom is shared but there is also a half bath, if you want to have your own bathroom space.

Lease is flexible! Prefer at least 6 months! Month to month available after that.

Rent is 900 which includes utilities (average 60 a month per person).

The room is single occupancy only! I have a cat so NO OTHER PETS ALLOWED please!

My name is Jess and I’m a flight attendant. I travel often for work and play, so you would have the house to yourself half the time! I’m 33, outdoorsy, love trail running, backpacking, skiing, books, gardening, and board games. It’s a small space so I am looking for a good fit/ someone with things in common. I’m always down for a chat over coffee or even a movie night, but I also appreciate/respect alone time.

I’m also looking for someone who will be nice to my cat! She gets lonely when I travel and loves people. She will literally drag toys to your feet when you’re home and ask to play. She has an auto feeder and auto litter box so doesn’t need much besides attention. When I go on longer trips, I drop her at my dad’s house. For shorter trips, my sister lives around the corner and checks on her daily.
