Eugene's room

This is a 15.5’ by 15’ attic room with abundant storage and situated on West King Street close to F&M college and downtown. Quick access to shops and restaurants. All utilities, bills, and wifi are included.

I will keep the following household supplies stocked: dishwasher soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and toilet paper.

Property: This is a four-bedroom townhouse. There is one full bathroom on the 2nd floor and a half bath on the first. Shared spaces include living room, dining room, kitchen, basement with laundry, and fenced in backyard. Off-street parking spots available for lease behind building.

Location: Outskirts of Chestnut Hill, a friendly and neighborly community. Small shops and restaurants are nearby. 10 min walk to F&M college and Buchanon Park. 10 min walk to downtown.

Expectations: My main requirements are that you are clean and responsible. Looking for long term but open to short term as well. Small pets are welcome as long as they are maintained. Guests are welcome.
