Aurora Lane

This is a private room in a house that was built brand new in 2023. The neighborhood is quiet with many friendly people. There is a shared bathroom. We both keep it clean. The house is less than 5 minutes away from different grocery stores, multiple restaurants and Downtown Denton Square.

There are 3 other roommates. 2 are working full time jobs, and the third is a senior at the University of North Texas. Very nice people that keep to themselves and respect your space. The atmosphere is very laid back. Everyone pretty much does their own thing.
