If you are looking for 1 or 2 bedrooms, I hope you consider my home. I have two fully furnished bedrooms available in my home. Both rooms are available on October 31st.

The larger room has a full-sized bed, a desk, an office chair, shelves, a closet, two mirrors, and storage cabinets. I could rent this room to a single person or a couple. However, the cost is slightly higher for a couple. Asking $1300 for rent for the larger room.

The smaller room has a twin-size bed, a glider chair, a storage bench, a shelf, and a closet with mirrored doors. This room is only available for a single person. Asking $1000 for rent for the smaller room.

Even though both rooms are fully furnished, you can certainly add your personal touch to decorate.

There is no smoking of any kind in the house.

No pets. Although the neighborhood cats, raccoons, and squirrels often visit my backyard. My home is near two small parks. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and peaceful.

It’s fine to have sweethearts come over but not to move in or spend most of their time here.
