Kat's room

*Bathroom - your bathroom will be yours except for times I have clients. I currently don’t have a lot of in office clients but bathroom will need to be available to them during the times that I do. The property is on an acre. Close to the Little Spokane river, Whitworth, Wandermere shopping center, Bidwell park. You’re welcome to enjoy and create in the outdoor space. You’ll have your own room right across from your bathroom. Shared kitchen and laundry. Have some other spaces around the home I’m open to making a space outside of the your room more your area. Have some available spaces if you need some storage as well. In the photo’s the bedroom is currently my office.

I’m 37 with my daughter 7 and cat. I’m off driving her to and from school weekday mornings and afternoons. I work in and out of the home depending on the day. I’m on the crunchy side (meaning there’s organic food, rocks and crystals everywhere, more natural products, weeds in the yard). I like my privacy when I need it but am also very social. I enjoy the outdoors, acro yoga, learning new things, crafts, and projects - bonus if you’re handy and can be of help with some of the challenging work around here I’d be open to discussing $ off rent.
