ted's room

My place is about 2500 sq ft split between an upstairs and a basement and has a fenced in back yard. If you work out of Fort Carson, I’m about a mile from Gate 3 (Chiles Ave). For dog owners, I’m a 2 minute walk from a large park and a 8 minute walk to a dog park.

The guest room is downstairs with its own bathroom and couch in the living room. The shared space downstairs is just the laundry room. The kitchen, office, and living room upstairs are also shared - so you can spend your free time where you’d like.

I charge $1,100 monthly, which includes all other bills (electric, water, wifi, trash). I only have one roommate at a time, so it would just be the two of us.

I’d be the only roommate. I’m pretty low-key and enjoy exploring the outdoors in Colorado.
