About the room
Location! 1 room in my upstairs 3 bedroom unit is opening up towards the end of December. Minutes walk from 2 light rail stations. 15 minutes to Downtown Denver, 10 minutes to Golden. Shops and stores in short driving distance. House is updated and has central AC and Heat. There is also in unit laundry right next to the kitchen. I live onsite downstairs and manage the property myself.
About the roomies
The two roomies, Matt and Jayley, are very clean, quiet, and respectful and plan to stay long term. Jayley has been there over a year and Matt moved in recently. They generally keep to themselves when not working, and usually are out and about doing things.
