We will split the Avista bill. Available finished or unfinished, we also have a XL twin bed, entertainment center and TV with Roku available that are not included in the pictures.

We are a laid back couple, M 30, F 38. I am an avid snowboarder that works at Silver Mountain as a bartender and my boyfriend is a plumber who loves to hunt and fish. We are pretty quite and keep to ourselves, but will have friends or family over for dinner every few months. Prospective roommate must be dog friendly, we have a very friendly lab/pit mix, but unfortunately the landlord limits us to one pet. Please no hard drugs.
