This private room is the perfect place to nest. It’s fully furnished, including a desk, mini fridge, and television. It has a private entrance and a combination nightstand for extra security.

This moody space is just the vibe you’ll want to come home to. You’ll have access to all common areas, including the kitchen, dining room, and upper living room and bathroom. The main bathroom is shared, with separate entrances. There is another half bath on the upper level as well.

The home is walking distance to great attractions, including Ferris Coffee, The Mitten Brewing, The Comedy Project, Bridge St Market, and all of restaurants on Bridge St. It’s centered between a number of hospitals and close to GRCC.

The rent is $800 and includes all utilities (water, gas, electric, trash, internet).

No pets will be allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited.

You will be expected to submit a background and credit check. Applications requirements: 650 credit score or higher, no past evictions. Please provide proof you make 3x the rent. Criminal backgrounds will be evaluated on an individual basis.

I work from home, while my kids are in school. We’re all very quiet. My kids are great, and well-behaved. They spend a couple nights a week at their dad’s house. My goal is to always have a calm space to live, and I have curated my home to be so. We’re LQBTQ positive, and I am religious (but, I promise, I won’t discuss it unless asked). We’re respectful and gentle with each other. I’m very clean, and the common spaces will always be kept tidy.
