We’d only share the kitchen I guess. There’s a study with printer downstairs for students. Garage parking shared. Furniture is white so please be clean. No guests sleeping over more than one day a week. There’s a projector in your room. W/D in unit. All bills and WiFi included.

I have two golden retrievers. No other roommates. I’m clean and work a lot. I also have cameras in the house at main entrances from the outside for security reasons and to communicate with pups or maintenance when they’re around or in the home.
