Parking lot in back for tenants. No washer/dryer hookup but two laundromats very close by. No dogs, we can hide cats from landlord if needed to. No smoking on property unfortunately. No background check required.

I’m 22, female, lived here since July. Work two jobs I’m in and out most days and here to sleep. The house is 6 apartments; it was my landlords childhood home and she currently lives on first floor. Everyone here is quiet and to themselves. I plan on minding my own business and not yours. As long as you pay your half I don’t care what you do.
