Baywood Drive

Located in Baywood Apartments in Newport Beach right across from Fashion Island and about 12 minutes from the Penensiula, this 3 bed 2 bath apartment is the best of both worlds. The neighborhood is quite and in the suburbs of Newport but close to all the fun. The room up for rent is the smallest of the 3 in the house but still offers plenty of room (see pictures, an entire bedroom set fits comfortably). The house itself is clean and organized and neighboors are respectful/quite. The apartment comes with one assigned parking spot but there is plenty of parking in the lot, located right outside the unit. $1200 is the cost including utilties, which are split amongst the other 2 roomates. Plenty of walking trails and a beautiful suburban neighborhood located right behind the complex. The apartment complex has a large pool with fire pits, chairs, grills, and tables to host parties. There are multiple washer and dryer stations located throughout the complex. Being this close to the fun of Newport at this price is a steal if you ask me!

I have been living here for over 7 months now and have nothing but good things to say about the current roomates. We are all males who are in their mid 20’s and work professional jobs, with busy schedules. Everyone is clean, has their spots for food and cleaning supplies. The room being rented would have a shared bathroom with one of the other roomates. He is very clean, respectful of space, and honestly keeps a bathroom cleaner than most girls do. The living room is fully furnished and we mostly hang out there to watch sports or just hang out on the couches. We all like to go out and have fun here and there but are not one’s to bring a party back to the apartment. Everyone is usually quite at night and asleep by 11:00PM. Great roommates and even better friends. The only reason I am leaving is to move to San Diego for work. If you think you would be a great fit please message me or text me your number.
