Water is paid for and the bathroom is shared. Internet and Power are additional.

Looking for single people who are looking to stay long term(i.e. 1 year +) I also have 3 cats, so if you’re allergic I would not recommend this place.

Move in will require 575$ deposit + 700$ first months rent. Total bills not included are internet 10$ + bimonthly electricity.

I am a 27 y/o full-time employee and university student. The other two roommates are two siblings in their early twenties who also work full-time and are college students.
