Farrington Way

We have a medium size bedroom for rent now, and a shared bathroom with one other female. The apartment has four cats, so we’d prefer no one with dogs but cats are welcome.

Me(f19) and my roommate, erica(f28), are pretty busy with our schedules and not in the house too much. we keep out spaces pretty clean, but no pressure on making everything spotless all the time. We are looking for someone who’s able to pay the rent, keep the space clean, and keep quiet late at night.
