Your own private room and bathroom in a 3 bedroom in a brand new complex in Arden. Gym, pool, grills, firepits, dog park. Also Have a studio / office i could share as well. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. Rent is based on if you can help with letting the dogs out during the days i work. I am laid back and usually at work.
