Sumner Drive

Room(s) will be available for rent from the 1st of December of 2023. One room for $800 / month or both rooms for $1000 / month. Both rooms face the south west so there is plenty of sunlight. Windows and roof were recently replaced with reflective models, so even though sunlight comes in, the place doesn’t get warm during the summer time. This space will be shared with me, who is currently using the master bedroom. There is a large hallway in between the two rooms for rent and the master bedroom for privacy. Common areas are the kitchen, living room, and finished basement. Washer and Drier are inside the townhouse, and private parking is included.

I’m currently in my early 40’s. I’ve been in Frederick MD for around 15 years. I’m a scientist / project manager working in the pharmaceutical industry. I’m very silly / fun, clean, easy going, and respectful. I do believe that communication is the key to everything, so I do like to be very transparent but yet, work things out with lot of empathy. I’m very allergic to cats and dogs unfortunately, so no pets are allowed. Also, no smoking is allowed inside the townhouse. There are no others living in the property.
