Tim's room

3 Bedroom house. Close to UMass, on the bus line, but a step out of town. The house is fully furnished except for the Bedroom that’s up for rent (a full size futon w/frame and a bureau is available if needed, though). All bills are included except for heating oil.

I am male and in my mid-forties. I work in garden maintenance, as well as cooking and bartending. Also living in the house is a personal trainer in his early thirties.
