It is between Hurlburt Field and Eglin AFB in a quiet neighborhood. There is a lake near the property. This rental is for an unfurnished master bedroom with master bath on the 2nd floor. You will have access to the kitchen, living room, laundry, and backyard. No pets allowed. Preferred tenant is either a single female or couple. Rent is $800 that includes all utilities and internet for either 6 months or year lease.
