West Storywood Street

Newer home built in 2021, located in a very quiet neighborhood, that’s only 12 minutes from the airport and 9 minutes from I-84 (Orchard Exit). There are a total of 4 rooms which 2 are available. 2 rooms share a bathroom and the other 2 rooms that are available would share the other bathroom. First room is 11x14 and has a king bed, dresser and tv. The second room is 11x12 and comes with a king bed, and dresser, however you can bring your own furniture if you want. You will have access to your bathroom, kitchen, living room, downstair bathroom, outside patio, washer & dryer and the loft area. No parties, no late night friends and no sleep overs. You need to be clean, willing to clean up after your self, also willing to help clean the common areas. Would prefer a non-smoker/vapor but you can do this outside. Internet is split 3 ways, 6 month minimum stay, must sign a month to month lease agreement and carry renters insurance.

63 year old gay male, business professional who owns a local salon in Boise and a 45 year old gay male that works for Amazon. Both guys are clean and enjoy working out and watching Bravo in their spare time. There are 2 dogs in the house so no other pets will be allowed for their protection. Pipp is a small dog and Lola is a medium size dog. Both dogs are very lovable and are not an issue.
