This is a spare room we have in our home. My wife, my step son and I are the only occupants. We are looking for drama free, working professional preferably a stable mature female. I will provide better details if you are considered. Clean person - no slobs! It is an all inclusive price. We expect the person to maintain a good level of decency. We are quiet people. I am a computer engineer. Future plans might be only two occupants in the house and we will come stay every other weekend thus parking in driveway might be permitted. I have most vehicle maintenance tools and can help with some basic maintenance including power wash. Parking in front on garage can be shared but if I sell some of my vehicles, that will become more accessible. We prefer independent working female professionals. We have two big refrigerators.

We are family oriented. No drama, no flakes, and no slobs (we are clean people). Working folks only - work from home is acceptable - I have business Internet fast and reliable. We are always home. No smoking, no drugs of any kind legal or not, no drinking nor drunks. We are quiet. No pets. Children under 8 years old are OK. We love kids. We have washer/ dryer, car wash allowed on premises (power wash), Internet, smart TV already setup. We just want someone quiet- students OK. My wife stepson, and myself live here. We are drama free and we don’t yell nor argue.
