You’ll have your own bedroom with the bathroom being private to you and right across the hall, my guests would just use my bathroom. You could choose either of the two bedrooms in the hall, one would be my office, the other yours but I don’t care which. I need to decorate more but still work in progress. Laundry room and machines to use, some storage space if needed. Rooms are moderately sound proof for music/tv/etc and have nice natural light. I don’t mind sharing cleaning supplies, some other things like that if needed. It be expensive af to be alive out here lmao. The total apartment is like 1440 sqft and you have a pretty big closet and bathroom with big counter space, full shower tub. The living room is huge with fireplace, “sunroom” area but nice windows and open dining area. Trying to get the patio together for cozy fall things & it’s on the ground floor, wheelchair accessible. All rent costs, utilities and wifi included in your rent price. I have some furniture you could use but I’m still working on getting the living room aesthetically pleasing & cozy and need to get a new couch. Tucked in the back of the complex and is nice to sit outside and walk, pretty trees and things. Very close to the Colonnade, Publix, Target, 280, etc. Lease will end beginning of June 2024 and I’m okay month-to-month as long as you’re paying the agreed. If it ended up being a good roommate situation, I’d be open to discussing what happens after the lease ends.

I work as a data engineer sometimes at home and sometimes in office/out. I am a night owl but stay in my room when at home on the weekdays after work and am pretty social/out of the apartment on the weekends. I have people over occasionally, maybe more to watch hockey in season, but not often and I have a handsome, sweet dog/ESA, Dax who has free access to the common spaces but a gate in the hall near my door if you’re semi-pet friendly. I keep the place reasonably clean especially having a dog and don’t use the kitchen much; I’d clean mostly like floors and stuff but not after you lmao. All I ask is niceness & communicating when necessary, no shady shit, common courtesy kinda stuff.
