This is a large room 13’ x17’ with 2 large dormers for extra storage. One dormer space is 4’ x 11’ and other dormer space is 4’ x 8’ Available immediately.

First and last months rent plus one months security deposit required at lease signing. ($2,400) Background checks will be done prior to agreeing to tenancy. No pets, drugs and Non-smoker! We are a COVID-19 vaccinated household. One roommate does have a very friendly dog.

We are all 50+ in age, but that is not an age requirement! We are laid back, quiet and considerate of each other and our space. Like to keep a clean kitchen and common areas. This is not a party house as we are all professionals. Looking for like minded person to share the house.
