Great size 4 bedroom 2 bathroom split level apartment, with 2 living rooms, in unit laundry, along with parking. Your bedroom would be the biggest bedroom in the apartment down in the basement and you would share the bathroom down stairs with one other girl. The property is a few blocks away from campus, Main st, and University Ave. so it’s right in the middle of all locations which is nice! I’m hoping to find some one by January or sooner. Rent is $375 a month plus utilities which ranges from $50-$80 a month.

You would be living with 3 other amazing girls. 2 of the girls attend UNI and one of them works full time, so we are all pretty busy, but we love to be able to hang out, talk, watch movies, or make ice cream or even target runs together!
