South Van Ness Avenue

I’m renting two rooms in a huge recently updated 3B/2BA that has a rooftop patio. The unit has a fully furnished living room, dining room, and kitchen as well as a large laundry room with in unit washer/dryer.

The rooms are big (~13’x15’) and have a large closet (two sets of double doors) along with windows that let in great light.

Location is a couple minute walk from the Bart, 5 minute bike ride to Caltrain, and short walk to Valencia, Dolores, and Hayes Valley.

Room is available on 11/15 and the rental agreement is pretty flexible (i.e. length, start date, etc.)

I’m a 31-year old working professional who is active and social and open to all types of people from all paths of life. I travel a good amount for work (week) and pleasure (weekends) but when I’m around I typically like to be out and about surfing, rock climbing, playing sports, or at a bar or concert.
