THIS IS A SUBLETTING POSTING I have a roommate moving out midway through December and I need to find someone to sublet at least until the lease is up in August of 2024. The house is very nice with a big kitchen, garage, and a very spacious and private backyard. Brand new furnace, AC unit, fridge, washer and dryer, and dishwasher (installed June 2023). I hope you can excuse the mess in some of the pictures, 99% of this mess has been created by the roommate who will be moving out in December. You will be staying in the master bedroom (see photos) which has 2 closets and shares a bathroom with one of the other roommates. The house is conveniently located in the center of Fort Collins (Drake and College) so everything is about 10 minutes away! Located in a quiet neighborhood very close to raising canes (for convenient late-night snacking) Unfortunately, no pets are allowed per the landlord.

Your roommates will be myself (22 male) and one other 21-year-old male. Both of us smoke, however, we ask that you do not smoke inside the house. Neither of us are party people so to speak, we prefer to stay in, hang out, and maybe have a few drinks. We ask that you be respectful of the other roommates’ space and clean up after yourself whenever necessary.
