We’re looking for a 3rd girl, ideally also in your 30s. Someone who is chill, considerate, clean, and a great communicator! Our current roommate is leaving because she’s moving in with her boyfriend. :’)

• house is already furnished
• washer / dryer (new!) in unit

• walking distance to a few coffee shops, bars (semi tropic, wayfarer) and other local businesses
