Hi! I am moving into Anden townhouse apartments 3b/3b and am looking for a roommate who’s interested in the 2nd largest master bedroom (Bedroom 2 on floor plan). This room includes garage parking. Room is unfurnished. Bathroom has a soaker tub. Utilities split evenly between us.

Townhouse has a large kitchen and bright airy living room with a walk out patio. The complex has a beautiful pool and lounge area. Each home comes with a 2 car garage.

Looking for someone low key and clean. Occasional parties/get togethers allowed, but not too frequent. Looking to keep the vibe quiet and relaxed. Roommate must be responsible, pays rent on time, and respects each other’s privacy and space. Room is for single occupancy only- no couples and no children.

I’m Kloude! I’m in my 30s and have a full time career. I work outside the house and so won’t be home during the week day. I love to travel but am also a homebody. I am relatively clean, but also have a cleaning lady that deep cleans 1x month and this is split between the occupants ($180-200 total a month). Feel free to ask any questions.
