Share furnished house with 3 others. 1 full bath in the basement. House has 2.5 baths. Plenty of street parking. No pets as there is a sweet,old toy poodle already there and also a goldendoodle on the property. Owner lives on the lot but in a separate ADU.

Other roommates: C: she/her bartender, J: he/him: New Seasons P: she/her works retail. Busy people. Out and about a lot. All must work together to keep common areas neat and share in cleaning. Not partiers, but social. Recycling and composting is a must. All split utilities and internet. Approx $75- 110/month depending on use and time of year. Minimum 6 month lease Background check required.
