Northwest 30th Street

The apartment is nice, clean and easy to find. The room is large with a very large walk in closet. The queen bed is nearly new. The bathroom is right off the bedroom offering maximum privacy. The washer and dryer are in the apartment. The carpet is new. They just put in new toilets last month. The kitchen is kind of open concept withe the dining area. Everything is provided. I’ll do your laundry and clean the apartment.

Right now, I have a roommate. The three flights of stairs is presenting a problem for my roommate. I’m kind of needing to get another roommate lined up because if I can’t I will have to give a notice to vacate this apartment. Moving is a lot of trouble, but I can’t afford to stay here without a roommate. Please look at the photos and let me know if you are interested. I have a cat whose name is Julie. She’s older and very friendly and sweet.
