And tenants are welcome to use It at will . Laundry is located in the newly finished basement. The basement is can also be used as gathering space or a game room. All tenants rooms are private with locking capabilities . The rooms are fully furnished to include mounted smart TVs. WIFI , Netflix, Disney+, AppleTV, Prime Video, HULU all included in the rent. The property has central air-conditioning and heats with natural gas. The trash will be removed every Monday by the landlord. Dinner will be provided at least 3 times a week as park of the rent. The property has a fenced in backyard with lots of space and tenants are welcome to use the yard. Dogs are welcome! We are flexible about things and are willing to work with tenants so they are able to enjoy it the way we have!
