2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in the Burbank/Verdugo Hills area. Big living room/common area. First floor. Access to a shared backyard space with picnic tables and a communal gas grill. Laundry onsite, coin operated. Each bedroom has a built-in AC unit, and the living room has one too.

Building is a 4 plex, the 3 other tenets are very quiet. Street parking out front, on a main road, but no street cleaning or parking limits. There is some street noise, but the bedrooms don’t get much of it.

Rent is $2140, $1070 each. Water is covered, we pay for gas, electricity, and internet.

No pets currently in the apartment, but the landlord allows max 2 pets with deposit. Cats are easy, dogs he is more particular about.

I am a mid 30’s female. I am big into animation and taking walks around the neighborhood. Work from home. In bed generally around 11pm. My biggest concern is that the communal spaces like bathroom and kitchen are kept on the cleaner side. I’m responsible and have a good relationship with the landlord
