Hi! I’m in a 3/3 in Fort Lauderdale, near 17th st area. Private backyard & pool. 2 parking spaces and a “driveway” in the back of the property. Looking for someone to fill 1 of the rooms. The place comes furnished but you would need your own bed, dresser, room essentials. I prefer someone who is around my age & not in the party phase. I work from home 3 days a week and 2 days from the office. I have a large dog who is very friendly. I am very chill during the week bc I am focused on work, but on the weekends I’m social. I prefer someone who is on the same page. Need someone who is clean & organized. I’ve always been very good friends w my roommates in the past, I’m easy going, so I hope to find someone that is the same.

As of now it is me & 1 of my best friends. We are very clean & organized. We like to workout, do happy hours, brunches, social events on the weekends, and chill, watch tv, go to the dog park during the week.
