This is a Luxury room in a great location. The room is fully furnished with Japanese style bed, workstation for working from home or studying, smart TV, walk in closet, in unit washer dryer, private bathroom. The shared spaces are the living room with big screen tv which is perfect for movie night and entertaining guests, full kitchen with new appliances, granite countertops and a pantry.

The property is fully secured and safe with onsite parking, cameras all over the property and constant security and police patrol in and around the property. There is also a dog park on site if you have a dog. Some amenities include a full gym, BBQ and grill area.

The area and location are perfect because it’s a few minutes’ walk to the medical district, also a few minutes’ walk to broad street and green street with all the endless festivals and events, restaurants, bars and all manner of entertainment. Also, a few minutes’ drive from highway connecting to anywhere in the city and a few minutes’ walk away from the city’s main transportation hub.

There is only one other individual in the adjacent suite in the apartment which is me. I’m laid back and easy going and believe in giving folks their space and letting ppl live their best lives. I literally get along with any and everyone. I am a corporate professional; an entrepreneur and I work in healthcare and real estate. I work and travel a lot. As such, you’d hardly ever see me or even know if I’m in. I tend to stay in my suite working or resting even when home. Therefore, most likely the only time you’ll ever see me is when I come out to the kitchen to grab some food or drink so minus my suite, the entire apartment is basically yours. However, I am also available to quickly respond should you have a question or need.
