Two roomies looking for one more roommate to share large home and property with. The room advertised here is the guest bedroom which has a newly renovated bathroom with shower and tub. It has a new tea leaf memory foam platform bed, 4 new pillows, brand new sheets and bedspread. There is a 45 inch Roku LED TV running on 1000mb high speed fiber optic internet. You’re welcome to bring your own items and furniture. Or store as much as need in our 2 car detached garage. We also have a covered carport. So don’t waste any more money paying for a storage unit. Okay to keep all your items here in our 2 car garage for free. Entire acre property is surrounded by a white picket fence with plenty of off street parking. We have a 16 x 16 fenced garden if you like eating healthy and want to grow your own. There is a propane grill and a separate smoker as well as a large blackstone grill. The back and side yard is bordered by a large wooded lot. You’ll have use of everything in our fully equipped household to include the convenience of a full size washer and dryer. That is a big plus not included in most rentals. Most everything in the house was recently purchased or brand new. We have a 75 inch TV in the living room with power reclining furniture and surround sound for all of us to enjoy. Everything is included in the monthly rent and I personally do all the common area cleaning. The yard is professionally taken care of. We are 5 minutes to MGCC, 10 minutes to Pascagoula and 25 minutes to Biloxi. Complementary Keurig coffee and tea is always kept stocked.

The home is always clean, tidy and neat. We are well groomed clean cut dudes. You’ll be proud to invite friends and family over. The home is located in Point Clear Riviera which is the best neighborhood in the city of Gautier. There is also a private pool club, beach area and boat ramp in the community as well. We are less than 1 mile from the gulf which borders the entire point clear riviera community.
