This is a two bedroom apartment , two bathroom with attach garage , lots of parking , that would be shared with me and my son, I travel often so mainly my son , who is 18 years , very quite, works all day. Will have access to the entire apartment and amenities. We’re two mins from down town Greer, 8 mins from bmw. 15 mins from Greenville . This is a furnish room . Room will be fully furnish before move in. We’re lovers of music , working out and love life .

I’m a health care professional who travel often and my son is 18 very laid back , he works all day , taking a year off before going to college. I work remotely and travel often , most of the time it will be my son here , who is very respectful, looking for a roommate mainly for my son, as I’m rarely here, my daughter will also visit occasionally who lives a few mins away,we’re Christian based .Students are welcome . Also travel nurses . Non smoking , no drugs allowed . I’m looking for an easy going trustworthy person as I won’t be here most of the time , mainly my son will be here, he is clean , respectful spent most of his time working and doing marital mix arts at the gym.
