*Note, we haven’t rented it out just yet. I found a Lompoc, 3 bed 2 bath house we could roommate together. Me & my mom take 1 bed & you 2 beds, we have 1 bathroom and you the other. We can share the living room and kitchen. Your share of the rent would be at least $1850. I don’t know how much security deposit would be, maybe call.
