You’ll have free range of the apartment that is already furnished, you just have your room to fill. 9’ ceilings, new nice appliances, washer and dryer in the unit, huge windows. You’ll have your own full bathroom (with tub). The monthly amount covers rent, wifi, streaming services on the 75“ flatscreen in the living room, and utilities. I work a lot and work weekends, I do have two young children who I only have part custody. They are exceptionally behaved and when I have them we are usually out and about. I keep a clean home and expect you to clean after yourself please.

I work a lot, when I’m home I enjoy reading or watching a good movie. I do cook a lot, but keep a very clean kitchen. I’m easy going and get along with most.
