Hi, everyone recently my job just relocated me and I unfortunately have to give up my lease. I shared this space with 2 other housemates but because I’m leaving their going to be removed from the lease too. If we terminate our lease early then we will get a penalty via a fee; so we’re looking for someone or a few people ( multiple roommates would make it cheaper) to take over our lease so we can get removed from the lease penalty free.
