Madi's room

I have a 4 bed/3 bath house in a quiet neighborhood in North San Jose. You will get a private room with an ensuite bathroom as well as another room if you need it (private office if you work from home). Fully furnished house minus your bedroom, plus all the kitchen supplies you would ever need. Have a great backyard with lots of fruit trees. Utilities run around $100-$150 per month max. Since there is already one dog here, unfortunately no other animals allowed. Rent is a bit negotiable, we can chat about what would work for you.

I’m a 26 year old accountant, work fully in office at an 8-5 job. I have a 2 year old mini goldendoodle named Cleo who loves to snuggle up with everyone (no shedding and is hypoallergenic). I love cooking, trying new restaurants/bars and exploring the area. Would love a roommate to explore San Jose with!
