Newly remodeled home with all new appliances. It is a 5-bedroom (two master bedrooms downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs), 3.5 bathroom house with access to both front and backyard. Common areas include the kitchen, dining room, living room, and garage. The house is no longer furnished as in the pictures, but pretty similar. Tenants will have access to a washer and dryer. The house is fully furnished, but the room being rented is not. The room available has access to a private bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house is approximately 10 minutes from downtown Sacramento, Costco on Expo Parkway, Walmart, and Target—20 minutes from Sacramento State University. There are also lots of places to eat very close by. No pets allowed.

There are an additional 4 roommates—all under 25 years of age. Most of us go to school and work. We are all very friendly, very clean, and respectful; therefore, we are looking for someone who will complement the peaceful environment the house currently has. Specifically looking for someone who is very clean. Preferably looking for a female. The house has three bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom, which are all occupied by men. There are two master bedrooms downstairs, one being occupied by me, and would therefore prefer another female for the other downstairs master.
