Private bedroom and bathroom on the upstairs level of a split level home for rent. My bedroom and bathroom is on the lower level. The room and home is fully furnished. The yard is a quarter acre. You would have one spot for parking available in the driveway. Shared use of kitchen and living room and yard/porch. I would love to share the home with a roommate! The home is in Manheim Township and close to Lancaster city. Shops including groceries, restaurants, and stores are walkable. The Lancaster bus stops are walkable as well from the house. The train station is only a couple minutes away as well.

I am a middle aged female living alone. I work as an ESL teacher. I am friendly and quiet. I love exercising including biking, horse back riding , and hiking.
