Hi, we are looking for male sub-letter to move in starting 11/1! The apartment currently has two men living in the space. One roommate has a cat that stays in his room. The bedroom is pretty sizable, you can fit a queen sized bed and will still have a decent amount of space left. I have a queen sized air mattress and a desk that you can have if you need to move in quickly. I can also send pictures/videos if you need any. The roof is also very nice and we are the floor below it so you’d have pretty exclusive access to it.

Our lease started 10/1/23, but I need to move back home so you will be filling my room. The lease would be for another 11 months!

Current utilities: non-fixed monthly rate for electricity
