Recently renovated Lake Front on Canyon Lake with beautiful view and large deck that is just outside the bedroom door. Very clean and freshly updated. Watch amazing sunsets over the lake from your bedroom. Hot tub in private courtyard, Climate controlled Full fitness room. Large fenced in back yard. Must see to appreciate. So peaceful and relaxing. I actually have 3 possible bedrooms and can discuss different cost for master bedroom that has private entrance and living room setup. Almost like it’s own apartment. The $800 room is the smaller room with private bathroom but includes all utilities.

Single male age 61. Easy going and very chill personality. Totally respect peoples privacy and boundaries. Prefer living with a woman as I am not into the whole beer drinking, football watching, hunting type personalities. I’m a non smoker/drinker but don’t mind if you drink. I can accommodate a small/medium dog for a negotiated additional fee. Love just coming home and watching the sunset with a cup of tea. Then I eat dinner and exercise, watch TV and go to sleep. Pretty much my routine.
