Hi, I recently got a job in another state and am moving out soon, so I am looking for someone that would be willing to do a lease takeover. The lease lasts until the end of July. I am potentially trying to get rid of some things like my mattress, desk, bookshelf, bike, etc. So, I’d be open to selling these at discounted rates.

I have three guys as housemates who are all UC Davis 4th year undergraduate students in STEM. We all live pretty quite lives and aren’t too loud. There are rarely parties here and when there are, they are usually smaller gatherings.
