About the room
We are seeking an amazing individual to become our third housemate in a large 3 bed/2 bath. The open room available for move-in on Nov. 1, 2023. Some quick details below:
• Rent is $975 + utilities (water $20, gas, electric, & internet) which we divide evenly.
• The house is located in LA on the border of Inglewood/Hawthorne. 15-20 mins from DTLA and 10-15 minutes from LAX & Playa Vista beaches. Grocery stores, Target, Home Depot, Lowe’s, beauty supplies, CVS, major freeways all within 5 minutes.
• The house has a beautiful backyard (standing firepit, patio seating area, and grill included), washer & dryer, private driveway and lots of street parking. Kitchen is amply stocked with anything you need to cook.
• Bathroom shared with the female housemate.
• The room will come with a standing closet, otherwise unfurnished.
• We are an LGBTQ+ friendly home 🙂
About the roomies
Both housemates are in our 30’s, one male and one female, chill, and tidy and have lived together in this same house for 5 years now. We like to socialize but also love to retreat to our own spaces. Both LGBTQ+ so we welcome all. We love to host holidays and will also occasionally have people over, but for the most part it’s a chill safe space.
